Welcome to the Nirvana External Newsletter. Read about some the great things the club are getting up to.
Football will be stopped from Thursday 5th November 2020 until further notice.
The new lockdown rules means that once again we have to suspend our training and games. The Government insists it is necessary to reduce the risk of transmission through the mixing of households. We are very disappointed at the decision to halt grassroots football once again just as the children and adults were starting to enjoy being part of a team again.
We hope to back as soon as Government restrictions allow, and would hope that you stay safe and bare with us in this difficult time.

In what is an unpredictable time, we have invested in our players and have provided each player with a football COVID-19 Pack (C-Pack). The C-Pack contains a Nirvana T-shirt training top, a Nirvana water bottle, a Nirvana drawstring bag, and a football. We want our players to feel united as a team and are giving them the tools to be hydrated at training and on game days, as well as being able to practice their ball skills at home.
Adnaan Moti linked up with Swansea following his departure from Derby County in the summer of 2019. The midfielder spent four years in the Rams' academy after being scouted from local side Leicester Nirvana.
Moti played 11 times for the under-18s during his first season, whilst also being part of the under-23s' squad on occasion.
A former Nirvana player has once again hit the headlines with a move to league one side Blackpool FC. Bez Lubala used to play for Nirvana as a junior before being scouted for Birmingham FC. Continuing to work hard, Bez has gone from strength to strength with a thriving professional career.
